Cancellation Policy:
Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing written notification to MTI Membership Coordinator Jen Nichols at nicholsj@madisonteachers.org. However, cancellation of membership does not automatically terminate a member’s payment authorization, which a member may also request via a signed writing to MTI at the address above. Membership and payment authorization may be terminated in the same writing, but whereas membership may be terminated effective immediately, the corresponding dues obligation will terminate within seven (7) days of MTI’s receipt of revocation of payment authorization.
