all, your Union will once again participate in the annual Union recertification elections. Act 10 requires public sector unions to prevail in Union recertification elections annually in order to continue as a “certified representative.” We will be counting on members, Faculty Reps, ESP Building Reps, and MTI Member Organizers to increase voter turnout for the VOTE UNION YES campaign.
