Get Your National Board Certification with help from your Union!

Earn up to $6,500 annually by becoming a National Board-Certified Teacher with help from your Union! National Board Certification is considered the highest level of certification an educator can achieve. It is commonly referred to as the gold standard of teacher certification. WEAC offers members a robust variety of supports to assist member candidates, including summer Jump Start sessions, winter writing retreats, school year support cohorts, and one-to-one mentoring.
