MTI represents three distinct employee groups; MTI-Teachers and Contracted Professionals, Educational Support Professionals (ESP-MTI) and Substitute Teachers (USO-MTI). See below for details and for a link to the appropriate application page.

MTI Teacher Group – Teachers, Contracted Professional Educators, and Hourly Education Professionals. This group is affiliated with the Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC) and the National Education Association (NEA).
